Face Reaction Analyzer ("FRA", "we", "our") collects the following categories of information when you use our application:

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Face Reaction Analyzer service:

• Perform real-time emotion analysis using AI models (DeepFace + MediaPipe)
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account securely
• Process subscription payments and manage your plan tier
• Store scan history for Premium and Pro subscribers
• Generate trend reports and insights for Pro subscribers
• Improve the accuracy and performance of our emotion models
• Send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, password reset)

FRA requires access to your device camera to record short video clips for emotion analysis. Here is exactly how your video data is handled:

Raw video files are stored only temporarily on our servers. We do not use your video recordings to train AI models without explicit written consent. Facial landmark coordinates extracted during analysis are not stored — only the final emotion scores are saved.

FRA uses Google Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts. We support two sign-in methods:

• Email & Password — Your password is hashed and stored securely by Firebase. We never have access to your plaintext password. New accounts require email verification before access is granted.
• Google Sign-In — We receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google. No password is stored on our side.

Account data including your subscription plan, scan count, and history is stored in Google Firestore, a secure cloud database. Access is restricted to authenticated users and our backend service only.

All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details.

Stripe's Privacy Policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

When you delete your account, all personal data, scan history, and associated video files are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We only share your data with the following trusted service providers, strictly for the purpose of operating FRA:

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties beyond what is listed above.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — Delete your account and all associated data directly from the app (Settings → Delete Account)
• Portability — Export your scan history as a CSV file (Pro plan)
• Objection — Object to processing of your personal data
• Withdraw Consent — Revoke camera permission at any time via your device settings

Face Reaction Analyzer is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account with us, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account and all associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify registered users via email if the changes significantly affect your rights
• Display an in-app notice for significant changes

Your continued use of FRA after any changes constitute your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
